ualifications and experience required:
a) A bachelor’s Degree in Education, or related field, is required; a Master’s Degree is preferred.
b) K-12 teaching license or certification.
c) Proficient in English (native-level fluency preferred).
d) A minimum of 2-3 years of language teaching experience, preferably in an international school setting.
e) Demonstrated knowledge of current best practices in ESL/EAL pedagogy and scaffolding techniques.
f) Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
g) Ability to work collaboratively in a team and build strong relationships with students and adults.
h) Skilled in the use of technology for lesson planning, instruction, and documentation.
i) Demonstrated commitment to the safeguarding and welfare of children and young people.
j) Positive attitude, flexibility, and a proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
k) Willingness to reinforce our School Mission, Philosophy, and Values.
