职位描述：
General Requirements for Applicants:
1. Qualifications & Experience:
○ A Bachelor’s degree (minimum) from a recognized institution.
○ A recognized teaching qualification (PGCE, B.Ed., or equivalent).
○ Minimum of three years of relevant teaching experience (preferably in the graduating country).
○ Experience teaching Cambridge IGCSE, AS/A Level, or IBDP is highly desirable.
2. Skills & Competencies:
○ Fluent English speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
○ Strong knowledge of English literature, language, and academic writing.
○ Ability to differentiate instruction to meet diverse student needs.
○ Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive learning environment.
○ Passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
3. Preferred Experience:
○ Experience working in an international school setting is an advantage.
○ Familiarity with modern educational technology and digital learning tools.
○ Prior involvement in extracurricular activities or leadership roles in education.
