General Description of the Position:
As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, the Senior Marketing Manager will play a full role in the strategic direction of the school, ensuring that roll targets are met, and the profile of the school is well managed, as well as protecting and supporting this recognized brand. Working with managers in
admissions, and other members of the Senior Leadership Team, the role oversees all aspects of marketing and will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic marketing plan, including advertising and promotional materials, digital and social marketing, supporting admissions events, tours and administrative systems, and any other external work required to support the school brand in China. The Senior Marketing Manager will also take the lead in ensuring that school events and activities operate to the highest of standards, including, in particular, meetings and events involving parents and VIP tours of the school etc. The Senior Marketing Manager will be expected to work proactively and supportively with the Head of Admissions to ensure there is a cohesive, strategic direction for these core sectors. To work with the Chinese Principal to develop, lead and implement the School’s marketing and communications strategies to maintain its local, regional and national profile. To work cooperatively and strategically with the Head of Admissions to ensure priority status on student recruitment and retention.
