职位描述：
Job responsibilities:
1. According to the teaching policy, under the guidance of the teaching supervisor, complete various teaching tasks (mainly IELTS speaking);
2. According to the requirements of the school, prepare the class content in advance and submit the preparation materials. Can work for at least 1 year;
3. Record, check, feedback and follow up daily teaching information according to the semester teaching progress, and organize and complete the mid-term and final examinations;
4. Good at finding problems in the teaching process and putting forward corresponding innovative suggestions for improvement.
5. Regularly comment on the students work, and timely correct and give corresponding explanations for errors;
6. Provide timely answers to students questions;
Job Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above, native English speaking teacher. At least 1 year of IELTS teaching experience in China.
