职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
-Teaching students aged from 2 to 6 in accordance with their aptitude in an inquiry-based manner that aligns with the IB philosophy;
-Pay attention to the learning and development of students in the class, regularly evaluate and organize students’ learning results according to the teaching development, and give feedback to parents;
-Be able to assist with demo-classes and marketing activities.
-Assist and participate in relevant on-site training provided by the school; be willing to accept new teaching modes and educational philosophies.
Requirements:
• Native English Speaker
• Bachelor degree or higher (Early Childhood Education preferred) .
• Valid Teaching Certificate
• Enjoy working with young children
• At least 1 year kindergarten homeroom Related teaching experience (prefer IB PYP teaching experience)
Salary and Benefits
• Monthly salary of 20,000 to 28,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications
• Yearly travel allowance of up to 10,000 RMB
• Fully paid holidays
