职位描述：
Responsibilities:
Ensure a safe, orderly, and smooth functioning environment conducive to learning.
Support and administer the annual school assessment working in conjunction with the school SET and school department leaders.
Collaborate with the SET to supervise and evaluate teachers, supervisors and curriculum support staff as assigned.
Provide leadership in screening and interviewing applicants, and/or recommending of applicants to be interviewed.
Direct and monitor Secondary school assessment including directing the MYP and DP student assessments, overseeing the processes related to assessment and reporting student attainment and progress and data collection.
Assist, develop and implement plans for staff CPD development that facilitates professional growth and enhance the quality and efficiency of teaching.
Provide leadership in curriculum planning, development, monitoring, evaluation and assessment.
Create conditions which ensure that the school is focused on effective teaching and learning according to the standards, principles and practices of the IB Curriculum.
Promote the development of high academic achievement, through data analysis and early interventions to support students’ learning.
Provide leadership in the development and implementation of academic policies and practices that are consistent with the school’s academic goals and values.
Promote a culture of life-long learning among staff and students.
Encourage strong student and staff relations.
Ideally have direct experience of teaching to IB MYP and DP
Present excellent IT and interpersonal communication skills in order to work collaboratively with staff, students and Parents.
Support school admissions as required such us provide session on school open day
