职位描述：
【Job Responsibilities】
1、Provide instruction that is consistent and coordinated school’s instructional program so as to ensure that students meet and exceed learning targets
2、Address all aspects of communication through appropriate instruction that develops each student’s ability to read, write, speak, and listen in the appropriate content area
3、Administer academic and language assessments for the purpose of evaluating student progress for meeting academic learning targets and progress in language acquisition
4、Maintain complete and accurate records of student progress and evidence of growth and progress
5、Provide a nurturing and supportive learning environment that encourages student responsibility and incorporates challenging instructional strategies
6、Adapt curriculum to provide individual, small group, and/or remedial instruction as to meet the needs of individual students and subgroups of students
7、Establish and maintain standards of student behavior required to run an orderly and productive classroom environment
8、Employ a variety of instructional techniques and strategies to meet different aptitudes and interests of students
9、Oversee assigned out-of-classroom activities during the school day, as needed
【Job Requirements】
1. Foreign teachers from English Speaking Countries;
2. Excellent expression skills, good at communicating with students, Mandarin standard, teacher qualification certificate；
3. The appearance is dignified, the character is upright, the manner is decent, and has affinity, which can stimulate students interest in learning；
4. Have a sense of innovation and teamwork spirit; have a sense of responsibility and love education and teaching；
5.Experience Teaching International High School ielts and ESL，or other subjects
