Qualifications:
Native speakers, or gaining degrees from native speaking countries
Bachelor degree or above (preferred majors: education, linguistics, literature, art, business, etc.)
Relevant teaching experience preferred
IELTS and Business English teaching experience preferred for English teacher positions
TEFL/TESOL/CELTAor other relative certification preferred.
Job Benefits:
Around 173,600-237,200 RMB (pretax) average annual salary (including housing allowance) with 16-26 class hours per week (per
class hour lasts for 45 minutes) plus potential bonuses, differing in individual’s total class hours, course types, educational background,
and teaching experience. Other teaching activities are encouraged and paid additionally.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, and we try to make one workday free per teaching week for each teacher according to university schedule.
All Chinese holidays with equal payment to workdays.
A round-trip flight tickets (economy class) reimbursement each year upon completion of the contract within 12,000 RMB.
Medical insurance.

Chinese traditional culture lectures offered, language classes, and tours in Beijing organized regularly.
