职位描述：
Job Responsibilities
- Investigate ways to target our mandarin speaking market (港澳台, returning chinese, mixed families)
- Be first point of contact with any mandarin speaking strategic partners (BenQ,etc)
- Be first point of contact with non-design or photo related mandarin speaking vendors (taiwan taitai, education fairs, decorating companies, etc).
- Be first point of contact with any mandarin speaking staff in Shanghai HQ.
Summarize and report back to the marketing manager about any relevant
correspondence with HQ (when messages are in Chinese)
- All mandarin translations (excluding wechat)
- Draft some WeChat articles
- Design WeChat lay-out when required
- Manage the school’s various social media accounts (Facebook, Youtube, etc) and investigate which other platforms to use
- Web-site management
- Help record and daily school life with photos and videos for sharing on social media
- Organize professional promo videos with videographer
- Help organize events, internal and external.
- Liaise with Designer on design projects
- Assist with design projects as required
- Follow related WeChat groups and other social media with the main language mandarin. Look out for potential leads and share WeChat articles and comments in the group where appropriate
- Review contracts and other agreements in mandarin
- Organize purchasing for the marketing department
- Assist Marketing Manager with OA system.
- Take minutes for meetings where appropriate
- Any other marketing related tasks assigned by Marketing Manager or SLT
Requirements
- Excellent time management skills
- Good cross-cultural, interpersonal & communication skills to interact with diverse nationalities and cultures
- Good teamwork skills
- Skilled in photo and video editing
- Knowledge of the various social media platforms. Particularly WeChat, Facebook, Instagram (or at least interest in leaning about them)
- Should be able to communicate in English
