职位描述：
Job Responsibility:
1. Be fully responsible for the management of foreign teachers, the quality of English education and teaching management, enrollment of primary schools;
2. Lead teachers to explore, improve teaching methods according to IB standards, improve the internationalization level of teachers in the primary department, set research topics and organize seminars regularly;
3. Be responsible for leading the reform of English education and teaching in primary school according to the requirements of school development;
4. Be responsible for formulating the training plan for foreign teachers, supervising and inspecting, and implementing the teaching management and quantitative evaluation of teaching quality of foreign teaching staff in the primary school department;
5. Be responsible for setting the posts and staffing of foreign teachers in primary schools, and cooperate with the human resources department in the management of foreign teachers;
6. Be responsible for assisting in the authorization and evaluation of international projects such as IB and WASC of the school, and the inspection and evaluation of the Education Commission and superior departments.
7. Do a good job in the enrollment and retention of students in the primary school department and cooperate with the marketing department in enrollment publicity and interview evaluation.
8. Communicate, coordinate and cooperate with other departments of the school;
9. Complete other related work assigned by leaders.
