Education and Work Experience Requirements：
Bachelor’s degree required (Masters degree preferred ) in high school education or other closely related fields.
Experience in teaching ESL at least 3 years.
Evidence of a teaching Certification from a recognized institution.
ALLOWANCE AND PAY REVIEW：
Monthly payment: 25000-35,000RMB/M
Housing and housing allowances: Public and commercial housing/ Dormitory provided
Flight Reimbursement for teachers oversea: One round trip ticket for employee ( Fare must be approved by HR)
Pay Review: Annual salary adjustment: Subject to overall school profitability and individual performance evaluations
Professional Development, Insurance, Leave Benefits:
Paid Holidays: Paid Vacations in W inter, Sum m er and other paid holidays based on national statutory holiday arrangement
Health Insurance: Worldwide coverage subject to individual choice, up to 100% direct billing at many hospitals around China
Personal Leave: 2.5 days per semester or 5 days per school year
Marriage Leave: 10 calendar days (Within 1st year of marriage)
Emergency Leave: Unpaid but applicable: To attend to emergencies in the family; under extreme circumstances and at the Principal’s discretion
