Requirements：
Education
A masters degree in any field from a reputable university or college; educational background in Psychology, Education, or English is preferable.
Five years and above experience in college counseling.
Appropriate counselor certification is preferable.
Experience
High school college counseling experience in an international setting.
Well-established connections with university admissions offices.
Experience in developing college admission pathways to support students with different interests and academic achievements.
Experience in developing and maintaining the resource bank to support the enrichment of student college readiness development is preferable.
Experience in developing and delivering college and career curriculum with high school students is preferable.
