Qualifications ：
Bachelor of Education Degree or First Degree from a recognised University or College with an accompanying Postgraduate Certificate in Education (or equivalent)
Evidence of Continuing Professional development
Experience:
• At least 5 years Teaching experience and 2 years Management experience.
• Proven exemplary classroom practice in an Early Years Setting or Primary School.
• Experience working outside of their home country would be desirable.
• Working in a bi-lingual Kindergarten or Primary school.
• Observing and evaluating teaching and giving feedback teachers.
• Monitoring and evaluation of teaching and learning leading to effective planning to raise standards.
• Effective involvement with parents.
