Person Specification
The post-holder will fulfil the following criteria:
able to relate with genuine interest to children and adults;
able to convey a sense of enthusiasm for the Group and for schools within the Group;
able to summarize the Group’s unique selling points (USP’s) clearly and simply;
smart and professional in dress and appearance;
experience within the world of (international) education would be an advantage;
experience and knowledge of educational programmes of study will be an advantage;
a good administrative profile – well-organised, efficient, IT- and social media-competent;
a good interpersonal profile – a track record of interacting positively with colleagues;
higher-order writing and presentation skills, and a convincing interpersonal profile;
drive, energy, commitment and stamina, able to work intensively;
a person of integrity, able to work independently within delegated authority;
able to work with humour and optimism in an intensive work environment.
Salary and benefits:
- Annual salary 400,000 – 500,000 RMB
- 五险一金 for Chinese citizens and commercial medical insurance for foreign passport holders
- Annual leave up to 15 days and holiday gifts
