Job Start Date: 2021 Feb/August Day the teacher needs to arrive at school.
Description: IGCSE/A level Subject Teacher
Salary Range: 20000-30000 RMB （before tax）
Benefits (transportation, housing, etc.):
- Housing allowance for single 3500 RMB/month, for family 4500 RMB/month
- Travel allowance 8000 RMB，after 2 years, it is increased to 12000 RMB.
- Commercial insurance (including health and personal accident)
- Winter holiday, Summer holiday, Christmas holiday with full salary
- Free breakfast and lunch
Qualifications you require in potential applicants:
- Education:
• Graduate qualified teacher
• Bachelor’s degree in subject related area
• Master’s degree an advantage
- Skills and experience:
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in teaching IGCSE/A-level in the subject Area
• Demonstrate experience in working with students in a learning focused environment
• Must be able to make decisions around lesson content and sequencing, assessment of students’ performance and evaluation of teaching programme
• Ability to build and manage professional relationships with colleagues, senior leadership team, students and parents.
• Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and work under pressure
• Committed and responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of students
