职位描述：
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Current and Valid Teacher Certificate.
2. Bachelor or Masters in Mathematics and/or Science and/or STEM preferred
3. Evidence of at least two (2) years of exemplary classroom teaching experience.
5. Excellent communication skills.
6. A proven track record in the use of a rich array of instructional methods
7. Evidence of productive experience with design thinking or problem-based learning.
8. Deep understanding of student learning theory, brain-based learning, and differentiated instruction.
9. Proven ability to collaborate with teachers regarding student learning.
10. Desire to continue learning “what works” in classroom instruction.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. This position is responsible for collaborating with teachers in promoting interdisciplinary STEAM activities into the units of inquiry.
2. Employs a variety of instructional techniques, instructional media, and performance assessments, which guide the learning process toward curriculum goals and student learning.
3. Uses technology to promote learning, creativity, and collaboration.
4. Organizes, develops, and coordinates special STEAM events/activities.
5. Serves as liaison to prospective or selected STEAM vendors, to determine the best resources, options and innovations that will optimize the learning experience for students
6. Helps increase the interest in learning and develops good programming learning methods and thinking habits.
7. Completes teaching plan design and courseware production according to the course outline and program case
8. Attends professional development and training related to STEM programs and methodologies, staying abreast of current research.
9. Love the education industry, possess strong logical thinking ability, willing to learn related knowledge such as mathematics and programming, and explore advanced education methods
10. Classroom is good at innovation, where teaching is passionate, infectious and humorous, with clear thinking.
