职位描述：
Part 1: Job Scope as a Preschool Homeroom Teacher
Teaching and lesson planning.
Keep and share records of the children’s development.
Administrative matters such as updating the class log book, parent communication, arranging class items at the end of the day.
Attend meetings, workshops, field-trips and promotional activities.
Part 2: Job Scope as a Curriculum Leader
Coaching and mentoring new inexperienced teachers.
Planning and organising events and school improvement plan.
Curriculum Support.
Requirements:
Must have at least 2 years of full-time teaching experience and some management experience in Early Childhood.
English native speaker, meeting work visa requirement.
Passionate about children and their development.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office – Word and Powerpoint.
Good interpersonal and organization skills.
Able to work independently and in a team environment.
Able to communicate well with internal & external customer.
Good command of English – verbal and written.
Compensation Package:
2 year contract.
Monthly salary from RMB 28,000 (After-tax).
Contract completion bonus of RMB 30,000 RMB.
4 weeks of paid winter/ summer vacation every year.
Arrival airfare reimbursement (up to RMB 3,000).
Child education benefit (1 child free of tuition).
Medical insurance (covers major international clinics).
