职位描述：
1. Leadership
a) Lead the school from IB PYP Candidate to Authorization.
b) Conduct the teacher and staff recruitment of IB PYP.
c) Support and mentor new PYP teachers in the classroom.
d) Provide learning engagement input and feedback for PYP teachers as requested and when possible.
e) Provide opportunities for teachers to observe one another in practice. And support them through regular classroom visits.
f) Involve and lead the school environment design.
2. Curriculum
a) Provide PYP teachers with relevant PYP curriculum documentation.
b) Provide guidance for PYP teachers in understanding PYP Scope and Sequence documents.
c) Ensure that curriculum documentation is up-to-date.
d) Oversee the review of the programme of Inquiry on an annual basis, and submit report to the school board.
