Job Description：
1. Finishing teaching tasks according to the stipulated teaching plan and method.
2. Working as full time teacher to tutor and educate children, and cultivating their willing of learning.
3. Educate children according to their different characteristics, combining western and traditional teaching methods.
4. Treating children in an equal way, with trust and respect, and create a kind and warm learning atmosphere.
5. Leading children to learn language in their daily life, under the tenet of whole language approach.
任职要求：
1、学前教育、心理学、教育学等相关专业，本科及以上学历，有留学背景优先；
2、两年以上教研工作经验；
3、接受过IB组织培训，持有证书优先；
4、熟悉国内外学前教育领域发展趋势，思想敏锐，创新意识强；
5、流利的英文沟通能力；具有团队合作意识。
Qualification Requirements：
1. Pre-school education, psychology, education and other related majors, Bachelor or higher degree; foreign academic background is preferred.
2. At least 2 years of teaching and research working experience.
3. Experience of training by the IB organization, owning the official certificate is preferred.
4. Be familiar with the development trend of the pre - school education world widely, have the strong sense of innovation.
5. Fluent communication skills in English; have the teamwork awareness.
